Kolleen Hurley Landaw

KALAMAZOO - Kolleen Hurley Landaw age 71 passed away on July 19, 2022 from COPD with her companion Don Luce at her side in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Kolleen was born November 4,1950 in South Bend to the late Kenneth and Juanita (Landis) Hurley. She married Bill Landaw who proceeded her in death. She was also processed in death by her son William Landaw II, a sister Rosemary Otterstetter, brother Kenneth Hurley Jr., niece Mistie Sparks, nephew Dustin Sparks, and a brother in law Al Otterstetter. Don’s son, Donald Luce II, Don’s daughter, Michelle Luce.

Left to cherish Kolleen’smemory are her loving companion Don Luce, daughter Wanita Chamness, son in law Tracy Chamness, and grandchildren Kevin Chamness, Kyle Chamness, Hannah Chamness, David Landaw, William Landaw III, sisters Ronda Engstrom, Margie (Joe) Nemeth, Nancy (Donald) Sparks, brothers RoryHurley and Timothy Hurley. Also, Don’s daughter Christina Luce and Don’s grandchildren and great grandchildren who were like her very own to her.

Kolleen adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with her family. She attended WashingtonHigh School and was an avidNorte Dame FAN!! Her favorite singer wasNeilYoung. She also loved country music. She once loved camping with her kids, friends and family and many other family fun activities. Kolleen will be greatly missed by family and many friends.

Cremation has taken place. And a celebration of life will take place on Saturday August 6,2022 at Immanuel United Methodist Church 1211West Ewing Ave. South Bend, IN. From 1:00-4:00 PM.
