WESLEY CHAPEL, FL - Dennis Joseph Rader, 58, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2010. He was born on April 30, 1951, in South Bend, to Jack and Joann (nee Zwierzynski) Rader.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joann Rader, and brother, James A. Rader. On July 10, 2003, he married Mary K. Rader, who survives along with his father, Jack Rader of South Bend; children, Ashley Rader, his wife, Kathleen, and their children, Austin, Bailey and Christian, all of Valrico, Fla., Melanie Mitchell, her husband, Will, and their children, John, Noah, Nick and Hannah, all of Albuquerque, N.M., and Patrick Rader of South Bend; stepchild, Katherine Minnick and her children, Julia Hill and Corinne Hill, all of Libertyville, Ill.; siblings, Susan Creager, her husband, Mike, and their children, Jennifer, Mike and Jason, all of South Bend, and Colleen Sachman, her husband, Dave, and their son, Justin, all of South Bend; and the daughters of his brother James, Laura Alumbaugh and Melissa Radandt, both of South Bend.
