Funeral notes GALEZIEWSKI Services for Miss Louann C. Galeziewski, 29, of 52119 Patricia I.ane, who died Tuesday, June 9, 1981, at SL Josephs Medical Center after a lengthy illness, will be at 10 a m. Friday at St. Adalbert's Catholic Church. Rev. Eugene J. Kazmier-czak, pastor, will officiate. Bunal will be in SL Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.rti. today and from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at tile SL Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish wake will be observed at 7:30 p m. today.

She had taught at St. Adalbert's and Holy Cross Catholic Schools. Born on Aug. 3, 1951, in South Bend, she had lived here all her life. She was a graduate of Saint Marys College and a member of the Saint Marys Alumni Association.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis C. Galeziewski of South Bend; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Bernice Majcher of South Bend; and three brothers, Donald J. and James L., both of South Bend, and Thomas M. of Phoenix
