ELKHART - Thomas A. Cook, 55, of 26826 Pleasant Place, died at 4:15 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2007, at home. He was born April 7, 1951, in South Bend, to Raymond and Bernice (Leyba) Cook. He is survived by a daughter, Raquel Crotty of Shipshewana; a son, Keenan Crotty of Shipshewana; his parents, Raymond and Bernice Cook of Elkhart; and two sisters, Patricia Cook of Willowbrook, IL, and Sandra Amouri of South Bend.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of his life on Saturday, April 7, 2007, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Reggio's Restaurant, 1213 E. Jefferson Blvd., Mishawaka. Cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services, 2100 W. Franklin St., Elkhart, which is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Cook was formerly employed as a plant manager in the plastics industry. He enjoyed golfing and antique Ford cars.
