Dennis J. Borowski, 68, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Wednesday November 24, 2021 at Memorial Hospital from cancer. Dennis was born on September 17, 1953 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Chester F. and Esther M. (Sobieralski) Borowski. On November 29, 1998 he married Mary J. Seanor who survives. He is also survived by two sisters, Susan (Glenn) Mesaros of South Bend, Indiana, Michelle L. (George) Martin of South Bend, Indiana, one brother, Paul F. (Mary) Borowski of South Bend, Indiana, many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Dennis was a 1972 graduate of Washington High School. He worked as a field inspector for the City of South Bend Water Department retiring after 42 years of service. He was a member of P.N.A. 83 and past president of the club. He was also a member of Bowlers Country Club. He was an avid Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs and Notre Dame fan.

A Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend, IN from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.  A Catholic Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Rev. Daryl Rybicki officiating.
