Rosella Ann (Dosmann) Tomkiewicz

MISHAWAKA — Rosella Ann Tomkiewicz, 66, of Mishawaka, passed away Friday, Sept. 18, after an extended illness.

Surviving are her children, Scott (Lindsay) Tomkiewicz of Osceola and Leslie (Bill) Swintz of Paw Paw, Mich. Also surviving are her sister, Linda Clark of Cassopolis, Mich.; seven grandchildren, Kauri, Cortney, Jennifer, Michael, Brittany, Zachary and Colin; and special family member Cheryl Tomkiewicz.

Rosella was preceded in death by her parents, Francis Dosmann and Ethelyn Johnson, daughter Amy Tomkiewicz and her brother, Francis "Fritz" Dosmann.

There will be a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Elkhart Cremation Service is assisting with arrangements.

Rosella was a graduate of Indiana University. She was employed as a radiology technician for many years. She retired from St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in 2009. In her spare time she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and sudoku and spending time by the river.

She was an avid fan of Notre Dame sports and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Rosella loved renting a cabin several times a year for "Sistah's Weekends" with her friends.
