Elores (Phillips) Green

March 28, 1928 - April 15, 1995

SOUTH BEND - Elores Green, died at 5:15 a.m. Saturday, in Meridian Nursing Center-Cardinal after an illness. Mrs. Green was born March 28, 1928, in Wardell, Mo., and lived in South Bend for 62 years, In 1956 in South Bend, she married Perry Green. He died in 1975.

Surviving are two daughters, Rose Griffin and Kathy Young, both of South Bend; three sons, Perry Jr. of Chicago, Timothy and Jerry, both of South Bend; 11 grandchildren; six sisters, Juanita Dickerson, Barbara Switzer, Vivian Phillips, Mary Oliver, Margie Phillips and Lorene Lax, all of South Bend; and a brother, Louis Phillips of South Bend.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Alford's Mortuary, Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before services in the mortuary
