Services for Leonard Bajdek, 57, of 21828 Lake Street, Cassopolis, who died 7:45 p.m. on Friday, Sep 16, 1988, in his home, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Adalbert's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday in Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home, 3402 Lincolnway West, where members of Achievement Forum, of which he was a member, will say the rosary at 7:30 p.m. Graveside military services will be conducted by American Legion Post 357, of which he was a life member, adjutant commander, and past commander.

He was a member of Polish Business Men's Association, St. Joseph's Young Men's Society, a life member of Notre Dame Quarterback Club, Benevolent Protective Order of Elks in Dowagiac, a member of St. John the Baptist Church Usher's Club, and a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Cassopolis; and he was the recipient of the Achievement Forum's Achiever of the Year award in 1984. Mr.

Bajdek was a purchasing agent for South Bend Community School Corporation. He was born August 17, 193t, in South Bend and he lived in South Bend until 1977, when he moved to Cassopolis.

On May 15, 1954, in South Bend, he married Elayne Kucharski. She survives with a daughter, Brenda Jo Bajdek of Mishawaka; two sons, Gary M. Bajdek of Vandalia and Todd Alan Bajdek of South Bend; three grandchildren; three sisters, Ruphine Kajzer, Millie Borowski and Luella Paczkowski, all of South Bend; and three brothers, Jerome "Jerry" and Eugene, both of South Bend, and Joseph of Fort Myers, Fla.
