Pamela Vanessa Kirk-Lee, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2024, in South Bend, IN, at the age of 71. Born on June 29, 1953, to the union of Dr. Rev. William W. Kirk Sr. and Nettie B. Kirk.
Pamela's early education culminated in her earning an associate degree, which paved the way for her fulfilling career as an EEG/EKG Technician. Her work in the medical field was more than a job; it was a calling.
Family was the cornerstone of Pamela's life. She was a loving mother to her daughters, Erika Adams-Lee , Chaka Adams, and a proud bonus mother to MarKiya, Karen, Marcus, Memorie, Michael, Fallon, Erica, Candice, Ashley, Cashmere, Jason, MarKista, and Kennedy. Her nurturing spirit was also a source of strength and guidance for her grandchildren Terrel L. Franklin Jr., Tyler L. Franklin, Charish R.L. Neily, Journey C. Small, and a bonus granddaughter Jordyn K. Northern.
She was a beacon to her great-grandchildren Skyler N. Dadzie and Sevn D. Delgado.
Loved and cherished by her life partner Marcus D. Northern.
Pamela's role as a matriarch extended to her siblings, sister Billye-Ann Kirk-Mitchell, Hazel L. Kirk, and her brother William W. Kirk (Hattie).
As we bid farewell to Pamela Vanessa Kirk-Lee, we celebrate a life well-lived. Her spirit, love, and memories will forever be cherished by her adoring family and the many lives she touched.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
