Glenn Eugene "Swill" Swain (aged 66)

SOUTH BEND, IN - Glenn Eugene Swain, known as “Swill” by his friends, 66, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 in his home.

Glenn was born August 11, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana to George and Marjorie (Phelps) Swain. Glenn was preceded in death by his father, George Swain; stepfather, Martin Miller; a brother, Thomas Miller; and a sister, Brenda Mayo.

Survivors of Glenn include his mother, Marjorie Miller; sister, Barbara (Keith) Robinson; brothers, Randy Miller and Kevin (Beata) Miller; and devoted nieces and nephews.

Glenn was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan, and also the Fighting Irish of ND! One of his fondest memories of his 66 years was seeing the Chicago Cubs World Series in 2016. Glenn loved snow skiing in his younger years and would hitchhike to Colorado with his dog, Trucker, for ski trips. He lovingly cared for his mother in his final years.

Visitation for Glenn will be 4:00pm-7:00pm Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. with a Funeral Service beginning at 7:00pm.
