James A. Fisher, 78, of St. Michael, MN, passed away in his home on April 29, 2026.
Born on May 28, 1947 in South Bend, IN to Arthur and Joan Fisher. He was a ‘65 graduate of Washington High School. He attended Ball State University before entering the United States Navy where he served a tour in Vietnam. He was very proud of his service to his country!!
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Diane (Christianson) Fisher, daughter Kristin (Joe) Vanek, sons Jon and Timothy Fisher and 7 amazing grandchildren, Hailey, Taylor, Ellie, Jack, Hunter, Josie & Jessica and a sister Pam Wills of South Bend, IN.
Jim worked for Cargill and retired in 2002.
Services for Jim will be June 20th 2026 Visitation at 11a.m. Funeral at 12
