SOUTH BEND - Dawn Marie Czarnecki, 49, of Salt Lake City, Utah, formerly of South Bend, died Tuesday, Dec. 3, in Salt Lake City. Dawn was born March 5, 1947 in South Bend.

She is survived by a daughter, Felicia Teeter of Texas; a son, Alexander Levee of California; and two sisters, Darlene Celmer of North Liberty and Antoinette Edson of Milwaukee, Wis.

Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3050 Edison Road, South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to Sedona Women's Shelter, in care of Multi Ethnic Group, 455 S. 300 East St., Suite 104, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Saint Joseph Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements
