SOUTH BEND, IN - Elder Ronald Bishop, 59, of Thornhill Drive, South Bend, IN, went home to be with the Lord at 11:55 p.m., Sunday, August 5, 2018 at his residence.

Ronald was born in South Bend, IN on January 6, 1959 to David Bishop, who preceded him in death, and Ruth (Riley) Chester, who survives. He graduated from Washington High School in 1977. He was united in holy matrimony in South Bend, IN to Patricia Bush in 1984. He worked 27 years for I'N Tek as a material handler.

Survivors left to cherish his memory include his wife, Patricia Bishop of South Bend, IN; daughter, Caren Bishop of of Indianapolis, IN; son, Corey Bishop and grandson, Caiden Bishop both of New Paris, IN; his mother, Ruth Chester of South Bend, IN, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Pentecostal Cathedral Church of God in Christ, with viewing from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Cathedral.
