Charlotte Lee (Sinkiewicz) Buczkowski, 83, formerly of Twelve Mile and South Bend, passed away at 6:25 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
Born July 18, 1943, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Casimer J. and Leona Faye (Overton) Sinkiewicz. On June 22, 1968, in South Bend, Indiana, she was married to Leonard Eugene Buczkowski, and he preceded her in death on July 22, 2013.
Survivors include her three sons, Michael John (Kathy) Buczkowski, Twelve Mile; Matthew James (Jennifer) Buczkowski, Carmel; and Steven Andrew (Julie) Buczkowski, Carmel; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; wo brothers, Jim (Judy) Sinkiewicz, Berrien Springs, MI; and Tom (Margie) Sinkiewicz, Granger, IN.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 3-6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at Mexico New Life Church, Mexico, Indiana.
