Constance “Connie” B. (Przybylski) Pierce
Constance “Connie” B. Pierce, age 82, of Mishawaka, passed away on August 7, 2024. Connie was born on April 8, 1942 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Walter and Eleanor Przybylski.
She is survived by her son, Mike (Kristen) Pierce of Elkhart; two grandchildren, Heather (Wayne Stratton) Pierce of Mishawaka and Nicole (Conrad) Chase of California; three great-grandchildren, Landon and Brooklyn Hill and Violet Cotton. Also surviving is one sister, Sandy Zielinski of South Bend.
Connie was preceded in death by her son, Mark Pierce, grandson, Corey Pierce and her parents. She graduated from Washington High School “Class of 1960.”
She belonged to Grandma’s and Friends Club and Golden Cluster. Also past member of Woman’s Auxiliary of Westside Conservation Club (Little Club). She was proud to be a “Westsider.” She enjoyed NASCAR and ND football, also listening to country music. She retired after 30 years of employment in 2004 as Administrative Assistant with Sheet Metal Workers #164 and #20.
Connie was the type of person who would “go without” just to help someone else in need. She was very generous with her time and talent.
In accordance with Connie’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Cremation will take place. Family and friends may leave condolences to the family at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
