Helen A. Bruce, 69, of South Bend, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019, at Memorial Hospital, with her loving husband and son, by her side.
Helen was born in South Bend on July 11, 1949, in South Bend, to the late Casimer and Rosemary Dalkowski.
On October 9, 1993, she married Larry E. Bruce, in South Bend, and has been a lifetime resident.
Helen is survived by her husband, Larry, son, Joshua N. (Diane) Jay of South Bend and a grandson, Dylan Dimond, her sister of Christine Winkler of Oklahoma City, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Margaret Shankland and a brother, Louis Dalkowski.
The family is having no visitation or services at this time, per Helen’s wishes. A Celebration of Helen’s Life will follow at later date.
