SOUTH BEND - Rick Dyszkiewicz, 63, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in his home.

Rick was born May 2, 1954 in South Bend, to the late Casimir “Lefty” and Esther (Emmons) Dyszkiewicz.

Survivors of Rick include friend, John Tinsley of South Bend; children, Timothy (Linda) Dyszkiewicz, and James (Jenny) Dyszkiewicz; grandchildren, Troy, Adam, and Jordan Dyszkiewicz; brother, John (Maggie) Dyszkiewicz.

Rick was a graduate of Washington High School. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in accounting at Bethel College. Rick retired in 2013 from Bosch LLC where he was employed for 39 years. He enjoyed playing Euchre, bowling, the White Sox and Notre Dame. Most of all Rick loved family dinners and playing with his grandchildren.

A gathering in Rick's honor will take place from 10:00am to 1:00pm Sunday, September 10, 2017 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. A Final Blessing for Rick will begin at 12:30 pm. Burial will take place at a later date in St. Joseph Cemetery.
