SOUTH BEND - Mr. Charlin C. Fulce, who resided on Fillmore Road, South Bend, Indiana, passed away at the age of 19, at 5:00 p.m., on Friday, November 18, 2016 at Memorial Hospital.

Charlin was born June 13, 1997 in South Bend, Indiana to Rita Dotson and Christopher Fulce. Charlin attended Washington High School where he later received his G.E.D. He was a person who loved to work on things and help other people.

Survivors left to cherish his memory include his parents, Rita Dotson and Christopher Fulce; two daughters, Blessing Howard and Cha`Shamere Tanner; two sisters, LaPorsha Dotson and Nykeia Freeman; three brothers, James (Star), Christopher Jr., (Diamond) and Devin; two god-brothers, Mark and Brendon, along with a host of uncles, aunts, and other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Gladys Dotson and Dorothy Moore-Fulce; his grandfather, Willie T. Jelks; and a sister, Paradise Dotson.

Funeral services for Mr. Charlin Fulce will be held at 6:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Alford's Mortuary with viewing occurring from 5:00 p.m., to 6:00 p.m.
