Carl M. Svatos
Carl M. Svatos, 60. of 19341 Dresden Drive, died at 1:10 a.m. today, Dec 3, 1984, In Memorial Hospital, after an Illness.
He was a tool man for 42 years with Bendix Corp. He was bora April 20, 1924, In South Bend, and was a lifetime area resident On Oct 16, 1948, he married Elizabeth Mary BukowskL who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Carolyn Karczewskl of South Bend, Susan Ivy of Mishawaka and Pamela Svatos at home; a son, Anthony Svatos at home; a granddaughter; and three sisters, Betty Svatos, Mary Nagy and Louise Theodoroff, all of South Bend.
A son. Cart Jr., and a brother, Joseph, preceded him in death.
Services will be conducted at 10 a m. Wednesday Ui Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial will follow In St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p m. Tuesday in Kaniewnki and Sons Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p m. Tuesday.
He was a member of live church, Bendix Union Local 9 and Z B. Falcons Nest 80
