Angeline M. (Majcher) Galeziewski

April 6, 1924 -March 12, 1999

Angeline M. Galeziewski, 74, of Patricia Lane, South Bend, Ind., died at 4:10 a.m. on Friday, March 12, in St. Josephs Regional Medical Center. She was born on April 6, 1924, in South Bend, to John A. and Bernice (Derda) Majcher, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Galeziewski lived in the South Bend area all of her life. On May 17, 1947, in South Bend, as Angeline Majcher, she married Louis C.

Galeziewski, who preceded her in death on March 15, 1997. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Louann C. Galeziewski, who died on June 9, 1981; and by a sister, Janet Mary Majcher, who died in 1975. Mrs. Galeziewski is survived by three sons, Donald J. (Rebecca) Galeziewski and James L. Galeziewski, both of South Bend, and Thomas M. (Marybarb) Galeziewski of Phoenix, Ariz.; six grandchildren, Ann (Edmund III) Switalski of North Liberty, Daniel, Jennifer, and Michelle Galeziewski, all of South Bend, and John and Joseph Galeziewski, both of Phoenix; one great grandson, Jeffrey Switalski of North Liberty; and by a sister, Anne (Majcher) Johnson of South Bend.

Family and friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a Rosary will be said at 3:30 p.m. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday in St. Adalbert Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
