Louise T. (Barczykowski) Marshall

JENISON - Louise T. Marshall, 90, passed away Monday, May 19, 2014 at home in Michigan. Louise was born May 12, 1924, in South Bend, to the late Stephen and Maryanna (Michalaki) Barczykowski. On October 18, 1947, Louise married Leo Marshall, and he preceded her in death. Louise was also preceded in death by eleven siblings.

Survivors of Louise include her children, Carol A. (Paul) Swan of Naples, FL, Christine M. (Joseph) Kovach of Jenison, MI; grandchildren, Amanda (Christopher) Fleck of Hudsonville, MI, Jason (Lisa) Kovach of Sparta, MI, and Anne (Walter) Scott of Perkasie, PA; eight great-grandchildren.

Louise lived for the last six years with her daughter Christine and her husband Joe in Jenison, MI. Louise retired from the Raco Corporation in 1986 after 25 years of service, and she was a member of the Raco Retirees Club. Louise was also a lifelong member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church and a member of the Rosary Sodality.

Visitation for Louise will be 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, today, May 23, 2014, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., where a Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 pm. A Funeral Ceremony will be celebrated at 11:00 am Saturday, May 24, 2014, in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Adalbert Catholic Church, 2505 W. Grace St., South Bend, Indiana 46619. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
