Bernice (Zmudzinski) Wasikowski

WASIKOWSKI - Services for Mrs. Bernice Wasikowski, 54, of 806 Camden, who was found dead in her garage Saturday will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Adalberts Catholic Church. Rev. Eugene J. kazmierczak, pastor, will officiate. Entombment will be in the Garden of Love Mausoleum, St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today.

Mrs. Wasikowski was a former employe of the South Bend Community School Corp.

She was born Aug. 23, 1922 in South Bend and was a lifetime resident of the area. On May 25, 1944 in South Bend as Bernice Zmudzinski, she married Ernest Wasikowski, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Linda Pianstki of South Bend, Mrs. Diana Alexander of Mishawaka and Marsha at home; a grandchild; four sisters, Mrs. Clementine Deranek, Mrs. Loretta Kosinski, Mrs. Evelyn Cyrier and Miss Alice Zmudsinski, all of South Bend, and three brothers, Joseph Smudy of Niles, Harry and Raymond Zmudsinski, both of South Bend.

She was a member of Polish Womens Alliance No. 335.
