SOUTH BEND John Wesley Jay Woodard Sr., 76, of Cardinal Nursing Home, died at 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the nursing home.

Survivors include a son, Robert J.. of South Bend; a stepdaughter, Betty Smith of Jersey City, N.J.; three sisters, Mary L. Alford, Ursula Mills and Rose J. Abrams, all of Chicago; and a brother, Peter P. Sr. of South Bend.

Services will at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Clark-ONeal Funeral Home, . where friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of services
