Virginia D. (Putz) Kapczynski

Virginia D. Kapczynski, 64, of 716 Green view Ave., died about 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, Mar 3, 1987, in Bloomington (Ind.) Hospital. She was born May 27, 1922, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

On June 26, 1943, in South Bend, as Virginia Pulz, she married Henry J. Kapczynski, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Sheryl Molnar and Kathy Kwieran, both of South Bend; a son. Dr. Thomas Kapczynski, of Flllettsviile, Ind.; and eight grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church. FIntombment will be in Resurrection Gardens Mausoleum at St. Joseph Cemetery. F'riends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the St. Joseph Funeral Home, where the parish rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association. Mrs. Kapczynski retired from the Kroger Co.
