SOUTH BEND Services for Richard M. Klosowski, 70, of East Corby Boulevard, who died at 9:10 a.m. Monday in his home after an illness, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Anthony De Padua Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemeteiy. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosaiy will be said at 3:30 p.m., and one hour prior to services Thursday in the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County Inc. or the church.

Mr. Klosowski retired in 1985 from Bendix Corp. He was bom Nov. 16, 1922, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

On July 30, 1946, in South Bend, he married Mildred Chmilewski. She survives with three daughters, Susan Lingar and Sharon Carver, both of South Bend, and Sandra Young of Elkhart; a son, James of Mishawaka; five grandchildren; a sister, Lorraine Berzai of South Bend; and a brother, James of South Bend.

He was a member of St. Joseph Young Mens Society and American Legion Pulaski Post 357. He was a veteran of World War II.
