March 28, 1992 - May 16, 2008
SOUTH BEND - Haley Alyssa Alexandra Dowlut, 16, of South Bend, IN, passed away Friday, May 16, 2008. God gave this world 16 years of beautiful life. Like a butterfly, Haley was young, vibrant, beautiful and full of life. Her passing has left us void, but her memories have left us life.

She was a sophomore at Washington High School, a member of the soccer team, she played the violin, she was creative and artistic, and she absolutely loved the camera!!!! Haley planned on pursuing a future in the Peace Corps.

HALEY = "PEACE" LOVE HAPPINESS AND LIFE Haley is at Peace now and She has found her "Stairway to Paradise" Inspired by the beauty That each day tends to give We set out on a journey To find how best to live We walk by faith and not by sight As step-by-step we climb Upon this stairway, upward Towards Heaven's paradise The steps are sometimes difficult But each day made complete By treasured moments that we share And a promised place of peace Finally our steps ascend Beyond the veil of life Destiny unfolds in glory In Heaven's Paradise.... My peace child..............

In memory of Haley's life, the "Livnluvlife" Foundation has been established. A future website livnluvlife.com will be a new "space" - a positive place of hope, love, life, peace and happiness. Please look for more information on the Foundation and its mission in the weeks to come...... The family and Foundation request that memorial contributions be made to Community Wide Federal Credit Union using "Livnluvlife Foundation" in memory of Haley Dowlut.

We would also like to thank everyone for the outpouring of support of our family and our friends during this time and the road ahead.
