Jeffrey Anthony Bierwagen

JANUARY 11, 1947 – NOVEMBER 7, 2025

Jeffrey "Jeff" Anthony Bierwagen, 78, of Fort Wayne, Indiana and formerly of South Bend, Indiana, passed away on November 11, 2025 at his residence. He was born January 11, 1947 to the late Thaddeus and Loretta (née Kreczmer) Bierwagen.

Jeff graduated from Washington High School, Class of '65 in South Bend and matriculated from Purdue University College of Pharmacy and was a member of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity. He spent his career as a pharmacist, initially in South Bend and would retire from the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System in Marion, Indiana.

Jeff was a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church, South Bend; Knights of Columbus Council #553; and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Fort Wayne.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Thaddeus and Loretta Bierwagen; twin sister, Jennifer A. Wilson; and brother, Paul Bierwagen.

Private Services with entombment at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
