Walter J. Regulinski

South Bend - Walter J. Regulinski, 75, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Memorial Hospital.

Walt was born May 21, 1946 in South Bend, to the late Joseph and Gladys (Nowak) Regulinski. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Betty Regulinski.

Left to cherish the memory of Walt is his loving wife of 53 years Jane (Molnar) Regulinski, along with their sons, Joseph (Julie) Regulinski, Anthony (Angie) Regulinski, Andrew (Sarah Rogers) Regulinski, Michael (Jamie) Regulinski, Timothy (Kari Mitchell) Regulinski; grandchildren, Kasey, Zackary, Grace, Tyler, Kyle, Ryan, Megan, Jenna, Ashlin, Jaxon, Braxton, Madison & Cammie; great-grandchildren, Jace & Cole; and brother, Richard (Diana) Regulinski.

Walt was a member of the Knights of Columbus, American Legion #357, and Whispering Pine Golf Course. He graduated from Washington High School class of 1964. Walt proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for Torrington’s and retired from South Bend Controls. He was very active in sports during his school years, then later coached his sons in baseball and football. Walt enjoyed fishing, playing poker, trips to the casino and golfing. He treasured the relationships he made with his golfing buddies and friends over the years. Most of all, Walt loved spending time with his family, especially their trips to the lake house.

Visitation for Walt will be 3:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, December 17, 2021 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. with a Rosary to be prayed at 4:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am Saturday, December 18, 2021 in Holy Family Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
