PEGGY J. (BRADBURN) EICHORST

OSCEOLA - Peggy J. Eichorst, 70, residing in Osceola, IN, passed away at 3:00 AM on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, in her home. She was born October 24, 1941, in South Bend, to the late Jasper LeRoy and Marie (Ball) Bradburn.
Peggy attended Washington High School in South Bend.
On September 2, 1961, at Grace Brethren Church, South Bend, she was united in marriage to Richard L. Eichorst, who survives. Peggy attended the Foxwood Hills Worship Center in Middlebury. She loved working in her flower gardens and was affectionately known as "Mim" by her granddaughter, Olivia.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper and Marie Bradburn; two sisters, Ruth Marie Jones and Rilla Wolak; and by her brother, Richard Bradburn.
She is survived by husband, Richard L. Eichorst; one daughter, Penny Dell of Edwardsburg, MI; one son, Richard L. Eichorst II of Osceola; her granddaughter, Olivia Dell; sister, Patsy Hightower of Farmington, New Mexico; and two brothers, Roy Bradburn of Summerfield, FL, and Dan Bradburn of Montrose, CO.
Funeral services for Peggy Eichorst will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Palmer Funeral Home - River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend. Rev. Norman Pennington will officiate. Graveside services and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family Friday, March 16, 2012, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. In the funeral home.
