Ronald Meiszberg - Class Of 1955

 

Ronald was born on March 23, 1937 and passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018.

Ronald was a resident of Kenosha, Wisconsin at the time of passing.

He graduated from Washington High School in South Bend, IN.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29th, at St. Anthony of Padua, 2223 51st Street, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.

Ronald G. Meiszberg

1937 - 2018

Ronald G. Meiszberg, 81, of Kenosha, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, at Froedtert South – St. Catherine's Medical Center Campus.

Born in Chicago, on March 23, 1937, he was the son of the late Robert and Amelia (Arr) Meiszberg. He graduated from Washington High School in South Bend, Ind.

On Sept. 2, 1957, he married his high school sweetheart, Josephine M. Molnar, at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in South Bend.

He attended Northwestern University on a football scholarship and later graduated with his bachelor's degree from UW Platteville.

Ronald worked as a manufacturing engineer for Outboard Marine Corporation until his retirement. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and playing softball, had previously served as the Home and School President for St. Joseph Academy and coached both basketball and football at St. Anthony Grade School.

Survivors include his wife, Josephine; son, Ron (Terry) Meiszberg; daughter, Kathy (Kent) Moon; four grandchildren, Dr. Allison (Dr. Michael Fleck) Meiszberg, Andrew Meiszberg, Lauren Moon, and Kelly Moon; and two greatgrandchildren, Joseph and Amelia Fleck. He is further survived by his brother, Robert (Betty) Meiszberg; other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29, at St. Anthony of Padua, 2223 51st Street, from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum. Memorials made to St. Anthony Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Research would be appreciated by the family.
